Dongguan Chengzhang Electronic Co., Ltd is an early developed company in China, specializing in manufacturing a variety of card products such as magnetic cards, IC cards, PVC cards, and others. Our company owns a complete set of advanced automatic production equipment, meanwhile, we print many products for consumers, like bags, magazine, book, manual book, poster, food bags, beverage bottles, t-shirt, packing carton, box...Through years of unremitting endeavors, our products have been successfully applied in finance, telecommunication, post office, public safety, education, commerce, medical, insurance, and other industries. Under the support of various enterprises and public institutions, our company has been in a fast development in recent years. Our production site has been increased to 2, 000 square meters from several hundred square meters originally. Our output has reached from 1 million cards to more than 5 millions cards now per month. What′s more, we have developed three production lines from one. All-round service for a project is also in a new development stage.
Production equipment
We own a complete set of advanced automatic production equipment, including the offset press which is a four-color UV printing machine specializing in card printing, two output automatic screen printing machines, two synthesis machines, and two punch press machines. We use the automatic hitting code machine to hit the code and the ink jet numbering machine is the domino style.
Raw materials
The Khaki materials in our company are PVC. All of them are the high-quality imported materials. The protective film is the American Data Card Zebra special ribbon. The magnetic strip is the German Kur magnet, and Apollo ink is used for the printing.
Production management
Our company implements the strict quality control system. In order to ensure all-course management during production process, our production sites are controlled by special central-monitoring system and entrance guard system, which guarantee the confidentiality and security of the cards effectively. For the legal interests of users, the waste and the scrap will be crushed timely.
